Your satisfaction is our priority, and our refund policy reflects our dedication to transparency and fairness. Satisfaction Assurance If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly address your concerns by either re-cleaning the affected areas or offering an appropriate solution at no extra charge. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted in the following cases: Service not performed as scheduled due to our fault. Significant service quality issues verified through customer feedback. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for: Minor issues reported more than 24 hours after service completion. Customer dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. Services fully completed with no reported issues. Package and Subscription Refunds Prepaid cleaning packages can be refunded if no services have been used and the request is made within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. Customers can cancel to avoid future charges.
